By car

From Stuttgart

approx. 85 km · 1 hr 10 min
  1. Take the A81 towards Singen.
  2. Take the Empfingen exit (B463 towards Haigerloch, Balingen).
  3. Follow the B463 via Haigerloch to Balingen.
  4. Take the exit for the Messegelände (“Auf Stetten” street).
  5. Follow the signs to the car park or campsite.

From Freiburg

approx. 125 km · 1 hr 45 min
  1. Take the B31 through the Höllental towards Donaueschingen.
  2. At Donaueschingen, continue on the B27/A864 towards Stuttgart.
  3. Stay on the A81 towards Stuttgart as far as the Rottweil exit.
  4. Follow the B27 via Rottweil towards Balingen.
  5. Just before Balingen, join the B463 and take the exit for the Messegelände (“Auf Stetten”).
  6. Follow the signs to the car park or campsite.

From Munich

approx. 300 km · 3 hrs 15 min
  1. Take the A8 towards Stuttgart.
  2. At the Stuttgart motorway interchange, switch to the A81 towards Singen.
  3. Take the Empfingen exit (B463 towards Haigerloch, Balingen).
  4. Follow the B463 via Haigerloch to Balingen.
  5. Take the exit for the Messegelände (“Auf Stetten” street) and follow the signs.

By train & bus

Tip: get off at Balingen Süd! The stop is right next to the Messegelände – only approx. 800 m or 10 minutes on foot.

  1. Take the regional train via Tübingen on the Zollernalbbahn towards Albstadt-Ebingen.
  2. Get off at the Balingen Süd stop (the RB 66 regional train stops there).
  3. Walk along “Auf Stetten” to the Messegelände – approx. 10 minutes.

Your train only stops at Balingen (Württ)?

From the railway station/bus station, city bus lines 14 and 16 take about 7 minutes to the “Rewe-Markt” stop (still called “Real-Markt” in some timetables). From there it's another approx. 600 m on foot to the Messegelände. On foot from the station it's a good 2 km – or you can take a taxi.
