1Why cashless payment?
We, RVB Events GmbH, as organiser of the RVBANG Open Air Festival (hereinafter “Organiser”), use a cashless payment system (“Cashless Payment”) to offer you a faster, safer and more convenient festival experience.
With the cashless system, you can pay conveniently without cash across the entire festival site (incl. campsite). Long waiting times are reduced and you keep track of your spending at all times.
2How does cashless payment work?
You receive a festival wristband with an integrated chip onto which you can load credit. You can use this credit for all payments on the festival site (e.g. food, drinks, merch).
To pay, simply hold your wristband against a reader at the stall.
The technical system is operated by an external payment service provider. This provider is responsible exclusively for payment processing. The contracting party for goods and services is in each case the respective vendor on site.
3Issue of the wristband
You will receive the wristband on admission to the festival site on presentation of a valid ticket.
4Topping up your credit
