About Sacred Steel
For more than 30 years, SACRED STEEL have been offering Metalheads an unerring, trend-free alternative to trigger-laden drums, cheesy keyboards and boring clichéd sounds that are hyped year after year as “the next big thing in metal”. SACRED STEEL have always stayed true to themselves, repeatedly breathing new life into their traditional style and releasing a number of highly acclaimed classic albums – such as their legendary debut “Reborn In Steel”, its successor “Wargods Of Metal”, their heaviest work to date “Slaughter Prophecy” or the celebrated “Heavy Metal Sacrifice” from 2016.
In April 2025, the band unleashes its 10th milestone “Ritual Supremacy” worldwide via its new label partner ROAR (a division of RPM). This is celebrated with a return to the 25th-anniversary edition of the Keep It True Festival as well as many more shows to follow. The album is also the first with new members Toni Ieva (bass) and Jörn Langenfeld (guitar), who joined the band in 2023. SACRED STEEL are a true trademark of the metal scene: 100% METAL with attitude, never everyone's darling – and damn proud of it!
