1. Organiser and eligibility

The giveaway is run by RVB Events GmbH. Eligible to take part are natural persons resident in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of RVB Events GmbH and their relatives are excluded from taking part.

2. Duration of the giveaway

The giveaway starts on 5 May 2026 and ends on 12 May 2026 at 11:59 pm. Late entries cannot be considered. By taking part in the giveaway, the participant automatically accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Conditions of participation

• You can take part via Facebook and Instagram. The giveaway is run separately on each platform, with separate winners drawn for each.
• Participation is only possible through the participant’s own personal entry (e.g. by posting a comment with a tag).
• Participation via automated methods (e.g. giveaway clubs or service providers) is not permitted. In the event of violations or manipulation, RVB Events GmbH reserves the right to exclude the participants concerned.
• Several comments by the same user or the same person on the same platform count as one entry.
• Participants must have a valid user account on Facebook or Instagram.
• Taking part in the giveaway requires that all steps mentioned in the social media post are completed in full.

4. Selection of winners and data protection

• The winner is drawn at random using an online tool. For this purpose, the usernames of all participants are collected and used.
• Should the same person win on both platforms, a new draw will be held to determine different winners.
• After the end of the giveaway (see 2.), the winners are notified directly on Facebook and Instagram by a reply to their original comment from the official RVBANG account, and are additionally contacted by direct message.
• After the end of the giveaway, the winner is contacted by comment and direct message and receives all information on how to redeem the prize.
• Participants’ personal data is used exclusively for running the giveaway and is not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to hand over the prize. A full privacy policy is available on the website of RVB Events GmbH.

5. Prizes and announcement

• Prizes:
  On each platform (Instagram and Facebook), one (1) €25 voucher for food and drinks or merch at RVBANG Festival 2026 will be given away.
• The giveaway takes place on Instagram and Facebook at the same time. Separate winners are drawn for each platform. Should the same person win on both platforms, a new draw will be held.
• The winner will be announced on 13 May 2026 on both platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Within 5 days of being notified, the winner must get in touch by email at

  media@rvbang.de

  – otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

• Only one prize per participant. The prize is not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
• Should special circumstances prevent the prize from being handed over (e.g. cancellation of the festival), RVB Events GmbH reserves the right to provide a replacement prize.
• Once the prize has been handed over, RVB Events GmbH accepts no liability for defects of title or material defects unless these are due to intent or gross negligence.

6. Early termination of the giveaway

RVB Events GmbH reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice, in particular in the event of technical problems or legal obstacles. Should the termination have been caused by the behaviour of a participant, RVB Events GmbH reserves the right to claim compensation for the resulting damage.

7. Disclaimer regarding Facebook and Instagram

This giveaway is in no way associated with Facebook or Instagram and is neither sponsored, endorsed nor organised by these platforms. All information is provided exclusively by RVB Events GmbH. Taking part does not give rise to any claims against Facebook or Instagram.

8. Applicable law and severability clause

• The giveaway is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
• Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Invalid or incomplete provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the original provision.
• Recourse to legal action is excluded.

9. Additional notes on fairness

• Comments that are offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate will lead to the participant being excluded from the giveaway.
• RVB Events GmbH reserves the right to remove inappropriate content immediately.
