Credit left on your festival wristband? No stress – the refund takes less than a minute!
In 7 steps
How to get your credit back
- Scan QR: Scan the code on the festival wristband & open the link.
- Enter email: Log in or register as a new user.
- Enter password: Log in (if necessary, type in the code from the back of the chip).
- Check credit: Click “Refund” & check your balance.
- Choose payout: Choose a method (IBAN, credit card, etc.) & enter your details.
- Submit request: Click “Request refund”.
- Done! Check your confirmation email – the money is on its way!
Due to the high volume right after the festival, there may be delays with the payout in some cases – thanks for your patience! 🤝
Topped up several wristbands with the same card?
Topped up several wristbands for your crew or family via the same PayPal or other account? No problem, but watch out:
1 wristband = 1 user account!
To make this work smoothly, you need to create a separate account for each additional wristband:
- Scan the QR code of the second wristband.
- Register for a new account with a different email address.
- Link the wristband (enter the code on the back if necessary) and request the refund as described above.
