About Herman Frank
Few German metal musicians can look back on such a long, successful and spectacular career as Herman Frank. The guitarist and songwriter is closely linked to the history of internationally renowned acts such as Accept, Victory, Iron Allies or Moon`Doc and has been involved in various other bands (including Sinner, Hazzard, Panzer and Poison Sun). In addition, over the past 15 years he has established his own Herman Frank Band worldwide. For the 2025 festival summer, the exceptional musician is now announcing a magnificent best-of programme featuring the most important songs of his long career and will celebrate his rock´n`roll career, now spanning 40 years, with a power-packed 90-minute performance. He will be accompanied by a band with a prominent line-up, including several top-class singers whose names will be announced shortly.
With Accept, he was involved in the classic ‘Balls To The Wall’ (1983), among others, but also in more recent releases such as ‘Blood Of The Nations’ (2010), ‘Stalingrad’ (2012) and ‘Blind Rage’. With Victory, Herman Frank produced not only the top sellers ‘Hungry Hearts’ (1987), ‘Culture Killed The Native’ (1989) and ‘Temples Of Gold’ (1990), but also the sensational comeback ‘Gods Of Tomorrow’ (2021). The latest Victory long-player, ‘Circle Of Life’, will be released in September 2024. His Herman Frank Band has also already produced five studio albums since 2009, most recently the magnificent ‘Two For A Lie’ (2021).
From all these works, Herman Frank will present a gripping 2025 festival programme with numerous hits – plus a few special fan faves – that the international metal community will undoubtedly thoroughly enjoy.
