About DragonForce
DragonForce are regarded as pioneers of Extreme Power Metal and are internationally known for their incredible speed. Their worldwide breakthrough came in 2006 with the song Through the Fire and Flames, which achieved cult status through Guitar Hero III and gave their career a boost.
Guitarists Herman Li and Sam Totman shape the band's sound with complex, blisteringly fast solos. Since their formation in 1999, DragonForce have combined technical brilliance with catchy melodies and a pinch of humour – a trademark that makes them unique worldwide.
On stage, DragonForce offer more than just music: light shows, video game sounds and a high-energy performance make for a multimedia experience. Their shows are not only loud but also a visual highlight for fans of all ages.
With eight albums under their belt, they combine classic 80s rock choruses with fantasy lyrics and chiptune elements. Their latest work also stays true to this approach and kicks off a new world tour – louder, more colourful and faster than ever.
