Band announcement: Thunderhead
Few German metal bands enjoy such notorious cult status as THUNDERHEAD.
In the late ’80s and early ’90s, the outfit from Hanover were known for their uncompromisingly raw, powerful live performances and the unpredictable rock ’n’ roll attitude of their then US frontman Ted Bullet. Exactly 30 years after their split, the band are now celebrating their reunion comeback, eagerly awaited by Metalheads, with the re-release of their first three albums!
From now on, German-Irish frontman Steven Screamz is at the microphone, whose vocal power and stage presence seem made to reignite the legacy and sound of Thunderhead with full force.
In their heyday, Thunderhead shared the stages of Europe with heavyweights such as Motörhead, Uriah Heep and Saxon, and played their way to a huge, loyal fanbase in Japan. Now they are finally bringing their legendary anthems such as “Behind the 8 Ball”, “Young & Useless”, “Busted at the Border”, “Crime Pays” and many more back to you live!
This is going to be loud, dirty and absolutely cult. Don’t miss this gigantic Heavy Metal highlight! 🤘🔥
