He is probably the only musician who will first scream your soul out of your body in the moshpit and could then give you professional advice. Thrash Metal doesn't get more down to earth than this!
- Stadium gods: Tankard are the unofficial mascots of Eintracht Frankfurt. Their anthem “Schwarz-weiß wie Schnee” has been bellowed along by 50,000 fans in the stadium for years. A thrash band providing the soundtrack for the Bundesliga is unique worldwide.

Tankard are Frankfurt's Thrash Metal veterans! Since 1982, the inventors of “Alcoholic Metal” have stood for high-speed riffs, humour and full beer cups. As part of the “Big Teutonic 4”, they are a living legend who are guaranteed to tear the roof off any party live.
