About Broken Fate
Broken Fate are a modern metal band from Zurich who, since their formation in 2007, have developed a powerful mix of thrash, groove and melodic elements. Their sound combines raw energy with catchy structures and stands out through a combination of aggressive riffs and clean, emotional passages.
Live is where the band is especially strong: they stand for hard-hitting shows, lots of movement on stage and direct contact with the audience. Over the years Broken Fate have played numerous festivals and club stages at home and abroad, building up a loyal fan base in the process.
The current line-up consists of Tobias John Bänteli on vocals and guitar, Yannick Staub on lead guitar, Patrick Von Gunten on bass and Alessandro De Cicco on drums. Together they shape the band’s characteristic style and keep working on developing their modern metal sound further.
